Browse and connect apps

The Apps tab in Integrations is your workspace directory for external services connected to OXVO.

Find the right app quickly​

Use the directory controls to narrow results:

  • Search by app name or capability
  • Filter by category
  • Show only connected or available apps
  • Sort by recommended, connected-first, or A–Z

Connect an app​

  1. Open Settings → Integrations → Apps.
  2. Select an app card.
  3. Open details and choose Connect.
  4. Complete provider authentication.
  5. Return to OXVO and confirm status shows as connected.

Configure connected apps​

After connecting, open the app detail page to:

  • Set integration-specific fields
  • Manage scopes or mappings
  • Add or update hooks
  • Confirm connection health

Note: Connection options vary by app. Some apps need account-level credentials, while others require workspace-specific setup.

  1. Connect in a test workspace first.
  2. Validate one real conversation flow end to end.
  3. Confirm fallback behavior if the provider is unavailable.
  4. Document token owner and rotation policy.
