Product names

  • OXVO: Full platform for building apps, operating customer conversations, reviewing sessions, using AI, and managing workspace access.
  • OXVO Builder: App-creation surface for creating, importing, previewing, editing, and preparing apps for publishing or deployment.
  • OXVO Console: Operational surface for connected apps, chat, sessions, analytics, AI, integrations, teammates, and workspace settings.

OXVO Builder

  • Builder app / project: A web app managed inside Builder. It can have chat history, preview state, app details, cloud status, publishing state, and connected product signals.
  • AI Chat: App-scoped chat surface where Builder can generate, edit, debug, and refine an app with project context.
  • Home: Builder start surface for new-app prompts and fast ideation.
  • Projects: Workspace-wide Builder app library where teams browse, sort, open, copy, delete, or manage apps.
  • Preview: Live hosted app view used to inspect the generated app during the build process.
  • Visual editing: Preview-based workflow for selecting supported components and making targeted text or image changes.
  • Annotate: Preview mode for marking visual feedback before asking Builder to make a change.
  • Problems: Builder review surface for build, runtime, or lint-style issues.
  • Security: Builder review surface for security-focused findings.
  • Builder Cloud: Managed backend layer for Builder apps that need auth, database, storage, secrets, SQL, logs, usage visibility, or backend operations.
  • Publish: Builder surface for sharing, publishing, deployment handoff, GitHub connection, custom domains, or unpublishing where supported.
  • Auto Improve: Builder workflow that prepares future improvement cycles from Console product signals such as chats, support issues, replays, traffic, bugs, errors, and usage patterns.
  • Review Mode: Auto Improve mode where Builder prepares an improvement cycle and waits for confirmation.
  • Full Access: Auto Improve mode where Builder can continue through approved improvement cycles without another manual confirmation step.
  • Template: Reusable Builder starter created from an app or discovered from the template gallery.
  • Library: Workspace area for reusable Builder prompts and theme prompts.
  • Theme Prompt: Reusable visual direction that helps Builder keep app output consistent.
  • Builder AI credits: Workspace-scoped credits used for managed Builder model usage. Availability and limits depend on plan and workspace settings.

OXVO Console

  • Inbox: Channel entry point for conversations.
  • Agent: User who handles conversations.
  • Contact: End-user profile tied to one or more channels.
  • Conversation: Thread of messages and internal notes.
  • Message: Individual inbound, outbound, or internal note entry in a conversation.
  • Assignment: Ownership mapping to an agent or team.
  • Automation: Event-triggered rule that applies actions automatically.
  • SLA: Policy that defines response or resolution targets.
  • Tag / Label: Metadata used for filtering, routing, reporting, and automation.
  • Team: Group of agents used for ownership and routing.
  • Macro: Reusable action bundle triggered by an operator.
  • Canned response: Reusable reply snippet for common customer questions.

OXVO Sessions

  • Session: Captured user journey managed in Console for replay and analysis.
  • Replay: Visual timeline playback of a recorded session.
  • Live: Real-time session visibility.
  • Assist: Guided support workflow during active sessions.
  • Co-browsing: Permission-based workflow where an agent guides a customer live in their browser.
  • Events: Structured behavioral signals emitted during user interactions.
  • Metadata: Context fields attached to sessions or events.
  • Sampling: Controlled percentage or rate of sessions captured.
  • Privacy masking: Redaction or hiding of sensitive values in replay.
  • AI Insights: Behavior-focused AI surface for reviewing session and product signals.

Workspace, access, and extensibility

  • Workspace / Account: Top-level OXVO container for users, apps, inboxes, contacts, settings, Builder projects, Sessions, credits, and permissions.
  • Role: Permission boundary assigned to users.
  • Custom role: Fine-grained role definition, if enabled.
  • API token: Credential used to access API endpoints.
  • Webhook: Event callback from OXVO to external systems.
  • Integration: External service connection with OXVO.
  • Managed model access: Workspace-managed model availability for AI workflows.
  • Workspace credits: Plan-based usage allocation for Builder or AI features where enabled.

  • OXVO AI: AI capabilities across Builder, Console, Inbox, Assistants, Sessions, and product improvement workflows.
  • AI Assistant: Conversation-focused AI configuration for behavior, knowledge use, and handoff rules.
  • AI Copilot: Agent-facing AI assistance for replies, summaries, tone, writing, and context.
  • Knowledge source: Website, document, FAQ, or other approved source used by AI Assistants.
  • Custom Tool: Approved HTTPS endpoint an Assistant can call during conversations.
  • Product signals: Chats, support issues, sessions, replay behavior, events, traffic, bugs, errors, and usage patterns that can inform product work.
