Create your workspace baseline
Use this page to establish account-level defaults before onboarding agents.
Set workspace identity and defaults
- Open Settings → Workspace settings.
- Set workspace display name and primary timezone.
- Review default language and notification preferences.
- Confirm account profile details used in outbound communication.

Set login and access baseline
- Review allowed login methods.
- If you need stricter access, plan MFA and SSO rollout before inviting all users.
- Decide who can manage workspace-level settings and security policies.

Confirm communication prerequisites
- Confirm sender identity and notification channels are configured as expected.
- Send one internal notification test.
- Verify support emails and user notifications reach the intended inboxes.
Validate workspace behavior
After saving settings, sign out and sign in once to verify values are loaded correctly in the UI.
Note: If authentication options or branding values do not appear as expected, refresh the page and verify your role has access to those settings.
